Planned maintenance work that would have led to a temporary interruption of gas supply in Cisnădie has been postponed. Delgaz Grid announced that the works scheduled for Thursday, August 21, will be rescheduled.
The interruption was initially set to take place between 09:00 and 14:00, but the company decided to delay it to allow Transgaz to carry out necessary operations on its facilities. A new date for the gas supply interruption will be communicated by Delgaz Grid in due time.
In a statement, representatives of Delgaz Grid expressed their apologies for any inconvenience caused, stating: "Due to operational reasons, the interruption announced for tomorrow in Cisnădie will be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any potential inconveniences."
Initially, the planned work aimed to facilitate essential maintenance on the gas distribution network, ensuring better service for consumers. Residents were advised to turn off all gas appliances and to monitor their functioning for 30 minutes after the gas supply resumes. In case of detecting any gas smell, they were instructed to contact the emergency dispatch center of Delgaz Grid immediately.
